Ms. Bhaty has been involved in post-earthquake development in the Kutch area. She is interested in Astronomy, Sustainable Architecture, and researching astronomical aspects in ancient Indian texts and myths. With degrees in Architecture and ongoing studies in Sanskrit and Navyanyaya, she has over 20 years of experience in the field. Currently, she is also working on writing three books, "Tale of Three Cities," "Kurukshetra, Avanti & Lanka and the Agastya Code," and "Archaeoastronomy in Taittiriya Brahmana."

Since 2022, she has been a Guest Faculty at Bhishma School of Indian Knowledge Systems, Pune, Maharashtra. Also, she has been associated with the World Association for Vedic Studies (WAVES-India) and is an Executive Editor for the Vedic Waves Blog and WAVES YouTube channel. Dr. Dhir has been instrumental in driving various initiatives and organizing events for the Institute of Advanced Sciences in Dartmouth, MA, USA.
